GSA Ripples Newsletter: A Great Resource!

The Gerontological Society of America has many publications that are both informative and useful. One of the best is the Ripples newsletter. "Ripples is an e-newsletter designed to keep interested deans and directors, faculty members, students, practitioners and others informed about the work of the Geriatric Social Work Initiative (GSWI)."

Even though this publication is primarily aimed at academics and practitioners, it has some valuable information for carehelpers as well. It covers recent announcments from agencies and organizations related to senior care; updates on new policy changes or future changes; whats new on the research frontier; and helpful resources for seniors and carehelpers.
