I spent the evening listening to my aunt and my mother talk about the oddity of what we will call a "blue Sunday" This is the phenomenon that they have experienced since their spouses have died in the past year. Apparently, this day, more than any other day in the week, has a greater likelihood of bringing the sadness. I am wondering if this is a universal truth and what you all think contributes to this experience.
