Medical Records Archive allows for the storage, organization, retrieval, and sharing of all medical records from one location. Specific organizational structures are defined to optimize navigation for both the doctor and the patient. The management of records extends into legal records such as Advance Directives. Advance Directives could include an individual’s living will, healthcare proxy, and healthcare power of attorney.

Medical Records Concierge is one major aspect of the service side of Magnus Health Portal. The Medical Record Concierge actually collects any records, paper or digital, from a customer’s physicians and imports, images, and organizes them inside the portal. All the customer has to do is sign a HIPAA release and provide their physicians’ information. The rest of the work is done by the Concierge.

Vital Health Record displays the customer’s critical health information such as blood type, allergies, chronic illnesses, current prescriptions, and any other information the customer finds vital. In the event of an emergency, this will be the first Magnus web page that loads once medical personnel have input the information from the emergency card.

Emergency Access and the 911 Emergency Card™ will provide the details necessary for one-time access for medical personnel to access a patient’s records in an emergency situation. Customers can print out the emergency card and carry it with them in their wallet or purse. When accessed by emergency personnel they will have the option to print, email, view, or receive via fax the vital information.

Health Trackers allows customers to enter their own data to track important health issues such as weight and blood sugar levels. Once customers have entered their data, Magnus can then display it in a chart format for easy visualization of current or past trends. The customer can print this information for review during appointments with a physician.

Prescription Trackers allows people to track their prescriptions, dosage, frequency, and potential drug interactions. When a prescription is entered it will immediately display a flag if there is an interaction with any other medication. This can be printed or emailed to a doctor or emergency medical technician.

Health Survey is a screening featuring a list of questions ranging from biometrics (height, weight, etc.) to demographics, lifestyle, and family history. When the answers are compiled they provide an analysis for the patient regarding their current health diagnosis as well as any potential future issues.

Health Encyclopedia is a full medical encyclopedia into our hosted website. This will allow MHT users to access certified healthcare information from the secure comfort of the site at any time.
