at lunch today I learned of a lady that owns a business helping transition successful agers into their new facilities. The decorator takes photos of their existing home, then meets with the family regarding which pieces and elements are most important. Then she packs it up and moves it over to the new facility... when the Successful Ager comes in, he or she is already right at home. Isn't that brilliant?!
